ServiceMaster All Care Restoration will come to your home and inspect the damage from either water or fire damage. We can then give you an idea of the costs of the water mitigation. We will inspect cabinets, flooring, drywall, etc to see if they are salvageable or not.
At that point you can make the decision to file or not based on your deductible vs repair costs.

ServiceMaster All Care Restoration works with ALL Insurance Companies to provide you with the best service possible. We talk with your adjuster and agent before we do any major demo to make sure there aren't any coverage issues we need to know about.
If damage is severe to home, we can pack out your belongings and store them while construction repairs are made. This is also covered by your Insurance.
We can also handle relaying carpet and pad. Your Insurance Company will pay for this if carpet is salvageable as well as having the carpet cleaned after all services are complete. ServiceMaster All Care Restoration provides Carpet, Tile and Upholstery cleaning when needed after a Water Damage / Fire damage.
